Friday, August 26 Playing shorthanded with only 8 team members available, the Dux came away with their first dual victory of the season against Wayland with a 5-3 win.  The Dux would eventually bow to a strong Grand Rapids Catholic Central team (0-8) and Coopersville (2-6).  Dan Kuiper and Jeremy Hill highlighted the Coopersville match

Cats Dogs Invitational

Wednesday, August 24 Competing in the annual Cats (Jenison Wildcats) Dogs (Grandville) Invitational hosted by Jenison High School, the Dux, once again, came away seeing major improvements in play from everyone on the 9-man roster.  Battle Creek Lakeview was the eventual winner of the invitational.  Other schools competing were Byron Center, Grandville, Jenison, and Lowell.

Girls Golf – Two Invitationals Two Days

The girls golf team competed in the Hamilton Invitational held at Diamond Springs Golf Course on Monday the 22nd. The Dux placed 8th and were led by Olivia Overbey with a 115.
